c o n t a c t : creative disease
Hello. I'm David Holtek. Like most multimedia artists I could blabber on about how I've been doing this and doing that since I was a wee lad - making masterpeices out of diaper poo etc......but would you really care?
What? You do care? Well, okay then. Here's the short version.
I studied science and humanities in school rather than art and ended up being a college undergrad for 15 years. When I began to sense that I was better educated than many of my teachers I figured it was time to leave and I managed to scrape together enough coherent credits for a degree in Slavic Languages.
For the past few years I've spent less time on music and more on art, comix, video, and ceramics. I'm grotesquely talented but can still suck at times and consider mediocrity a buddy whom, at times, you simply have to tell when to leave.
My art porfolio is at Art Vice (see links at top of page) and hopefully I'll have my comix back in order at Out of Toon soon.
My main aim for Creative Disease is to entertain. I hope I'm succeeding.
